1. Introduction and Scope

3. Account Registration and Security

4. Payment and Transaction Policy

h555 nea supports deposits and withdrawals via the most widely used mobile banking and bank transfer methods in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Methods

Currently accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

A minimum of ৳1,000 applies for withdrawals. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 General Transaction Rules

• All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• If suspicious activity is detected in any transaction, h555 nea reserves the right to suspend or cancel it immediately.
• If an account is used for fraudulent or manipulative purposes, the transaction will be cancelled and the account will be closed.
• The same mobile number or bank account cannot be used across multiple h555 nea accounts.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

The h555 nea welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. This means a deposit of ৳1,000 will add ৳2,000 in bonus funds, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times — meaning ৳50,000 in wagering must be completed for a ৳2,000 bonus.

5.1 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on games designated by h555 nea.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, the next one cannot be used until the wagering requirements of the previous one are fulfilled.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• When a promotion expires, any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled.

5.2 VIP Program and Cashback

The h555 nea VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold and 1.2% at Platinum. Cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses. For example, a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games operated on h555 nea run on the technology and rules of third-party game developers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI and Evolution). Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and no one can control or predict these outcomes.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game or betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly stated in the game interface. Bets placed outside these limits are automatically rejected.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete or shows an incorrect result due to a server or network issue, h555 nea reserves the right to cancel or review that round. Any winnings generated as a result of a clear technical error are not valid.

6.3 Cheating and Prohibited Activities

• The use of bots, automated software or any kind of hacking tool is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding with other players to artificially influence game outcomes is prohibited.
• Any strategy involving bonus arbitrage or circumventing bonus wagering requirements is prohibited.
• If such activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed and the balance will be forfeited.

7. Responsible Gaming

10. Account Suspension and Closure

11. Limitation of Liability

h555 nea provides its platform on an "as-is" basis. The Company does not accept responsibility for the following:

• Loss caused by internet connection interruptions.
• Errors or failures in third-party game software.
• Data loss caused by issues with the member's own device or software.
• Service disruptions caused by events beyond the Company's control.

The Company's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the total value of the transaction in question. This limitation remains in effect in accordance with applicable law.
